Wrestlers do well at Central Tournament; Steffans is a champion

The wrestlers traveled to Elkader to compete in the Central tournament on Saturday. They placed fifth overall on the day. 

The tournament was won by Waterloo West and Isaac Steffans placed first for the Pirates.

Team scores are as follows:

Waterloo West, 288; Starmont, 207; New Hampton/Turkey Valley, 183; Ed-Co, 182; Postville, 155.5; Decorah JV. 87.5; Clayton Ridge, 67.5; Central, 51 and Central City, 40.
