Postville Kwik Star set to open tomorrow

Postville’s newest business, Kwik Star, is set to open tomorrow, February 20 at 5 a.m. on the corner of Lawler and Tilden Streets. The building sits on the former site of Quillin’s Grocery Store.

Representatives of the company noted that ground was broken for the store September 3 and, with all staff in place, and the shelves fully stocked, the doors are ready to be opened. The store will be open 24 hours each day and will have fresh, frozen and refrigerated items delivered each day.

The Grand Opening for the Postville Kwik Star will be held Wednesday, February 26. The open house will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a Ribbon Cutting scheduled for 10 a.m.
