Carol Leone Quam, age 76, of Decorah, Iowa, died peacefully on May 14, 2019, surrounded by her family at the Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30a.m., Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the St. Benedict Catholic Church at 307 West Main St. Decorah, IA with Rev. Donald Hertges presiding burial will be in the St. Benedict Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., Friday May 17, 2019 at the Schluter Balik Funeral Home in Decorah and after 9:30 at the church on Saturday.
