The Veterans Memorial Hospital Postville Clinic upgrade project continues to move forward thanks to a combination of grant funding and strong community support thanks to the McElroy Trust and the Arlin Falck Foundation. Three anonymous donations have been received by the Veterans Memorial Health Care Foundation for the new Postville Medical Clinic, bringing the total raised now up to $165,000. Pictured is the current Postville Medical Clinic at left, with the location for the new clinic area at right. Construction on the new clinic is scheduled to begin once this goal is reached. Donations continue to be accepted into the new year, but those wanting to make a year-end donation for tax purposes are still welcome to do so. (Contributed photo)
